I am Mike. I weighed as much as 195 and I dropped my weight to 155 lbs. I have been as low as 141 lbs. I hope to be able to help motivate others which is a bit of an oxymoron. People can only help themselves but you can help them to keep going once they have gotten started. I hope to learn better how to motivate and also learn from others.
I know how positive comments help keep me going.
I am a runner with the goal to complete a marathon in Jan 2014. I am a bicycle rider. I am a fan of the wii fit as it help me to lose 35 lbs in 3 months. I am also a fan of the biggest loser.
