Hi Tami! I hope you enjoy spark people as much as I do. It really has helped me to keep track of my calories. I didn't really eat a lot of food but I ate a lot of calories and that is how I got to the size I was back in March. I'm in week 11 and really want to succeed this time. It seems I always get part of the way there and then throw in the towel. Not this time, I'm gonna keep going, and I am learning new things about myself and my relationship to food.
