After trying a few things along the way, I think I have found something interesting to share. I'm working with my doc to change the composition of my body. I had to promise not to weigh myself, follow her instructions by eating regular food and doing regular exercises. My goal is achievable- go off of a couple of meds ones I currently take for blood pressure and high glucose. Along the way, I'm told I will lose weight but that is not the focus of this program. Tues I will be scanned by an electric scanner for my bmi, muscle, bone, and adipose fat numbers. From there I hop on the healthy eating bandwagon. The diet itself, for me, is a low carb low insulin food program. If interested, I will share more about that as time goes. This is a mindset I have not tried in all of my diets, food plans, lifestyle reorganization. For this week, until I'm scanned, I am to increase protein and cut back on sugar. I love sugar. Speaking of sugar, I'm starting a book that might help with that part of my issues, too. I'm pretty excited to get started !
