Well I can touch my toes but there are hundreds of yoga poses that are way too advanced for my flexibility levels (I'm with you on inability to heel touch with downward dog), if that counts for anything! But I'd love to be more flexible by practicing yoga, too. Flexibility is often forgotten in the whole "strength training/cardio" fitness model, but it has just as many benefits.
