There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you're comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost 90 pounds and have maintained that loss for almost a year now. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

A few years ago, I made a commitment to drop from 330 pounds to...well, I didn't know. I ended up at 240 and felt better than I had my entire life. Confidence went through the roof, etc.

Fast forward to now, with my life all over the place, I needed some discipline and to set a good example for others. I started at a similar weight and have already knocked off 24 pounds (pending tomorrow's weigh-in.)

I look forward to chatting with you all, hearing your stories and helping you push to break your barriers one at a time.
