I don't know much but walking got me started. I had a walking tape durring the rainy season and I found people I could walk with and I could only do around the block once. I walk 20 minutes every day now and have done a 5 k.... i normally walk 3 to 4 miles in an hour depending on who I am walking with and weather I am feeling ok.. It is so simple, but it is working for me..
Of course I also am doing Ti chi chia for seniors and water aerobics and I have tried group strength training and yoga.... I don't like yoga. Hope you find the things you really like.
