@Dawn, yes I have been using this awesome site to track everything - I even changed my refrigerator completely with all fresh vegetables and fruits. I live alone (I'm 30) but my parents help from time to time, dad will get me some cans of Progresso Light and when my mom visits, we shop at Bed Bath and Beyond. I'm looking to invest in a Ninja Blender to make some delicious protein/fruit shakes.
I use all my measuring tools to get the proper measurements. I actually love to cook (almost made it to MasterChef auditions but got sick). So I create recipes using SparkRecipes which helps a lot.
My goal is 140 - but I use my iCalendar for smaller monthly goals. I also list what workout I'll be doing and what time. I have a bit more flexibility since I work from home.
Thank you for all your support! I'm more motivated now than I have ever been in my life, lol.
