Hi! to all of You Fellow Sparkers!
I am a 60 something. Been slim most of my life. Started to expand after an accident which left me with a lame ankle and led to arthrose in most of my joints. I used to be very active and did sport in a regular if not intensive way. Walking has become an ordeal but I force myself and have even borrowed an older dog, who has become my walking companion .He is also benefiting of my company, since HE also suffer of arthrose.. We suffer together and encourage each other.
I have to loose 45 pounds, since to top it all I am pre-diabetic. I take this program very seriously, and get all the motivation possible to stay on track. Thanks Jambabyo for your answer. every little encouragement will count !

If I don't know to swim,I'll drown in deep water.
Since I don't swim well I'll tread water until one day I l be able to do a few strokes and from then on, I'll progress.
