So I need to lose weight, mostly belly fat. I am way out of shape, I ran/walked for 10 minutes this morning and I thought I was going to die. I have a hard time eating right because I am picky. Seriously, I eat like a 5 year old. There are very few vegetables I will eat and they have to be cooked (green beans, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, corn..that's about it). I am clumsy (as the title of this post states - I have been known to bounce down the hallway like a pinball) so on the bright side, I didn't fall down while running today. :)
More bad news: I'm a smoker. Not quite a pack a day.
The good news is I quit drinking soda three weeks ago. I used to drink Dr Pepper ALL day. That's literally all I drank. Now all I drink is water and unsweetened tea. So that mountain is conquered. Praise the Lord :)
