Well, I'm back, giving Spark another try. I have tried this site several times in the past but have never had any success - not sure if it's because their range of calories is higher than it should be, not sure. At any rate, I set a smaller weight loss goal, average 2 lb. loss per week and have come up with a new calorie range. I guess I've gotten so frustrated in the past and given up because I have tried a few time, faithfully logged and I am no stranger to exercise - I usually do a 20-30 minute cardio, in my target heart range, workout a minimum of five days per week.
I don't know if my weight loss goal in the past was set for too long so it gave me a high daily number of calories (was 1600-1800), but I haven't lost a pound on Spark :-( But I'm willing to give it another try and would really appreciate any feedback to get me motivated. Success stories would be awesome.
Also, is it just me or does anyone else get overwhelmed by all the information on this site...like where do I even begin to get encouragement when days are uuugh? I see forums, blogs, communities - so many choices!
