Ten pounds is awesome.Patient is a good thing. This site has so much information, support, challenges, Teams.. I hope you have been exploring your first week and finding what you need.
My suggestions.. as you know Patients is good.. and needed.While our first weeks the weight falls off . .then comes the work.. with every program I have tried it has worked this way.Making long term and short term goals.. writing them down.how are you going to achieve them, how long do you have.. being specific helps.. leaving them where you can seem so they keep you focused.
Journaling every day.. I'm a food addict.. I eat every emotion I have and I am learning to not do that.. but I need feed back and journaling helps me with that.
I know you have to find your way. .and you will.. One Step , One day at a time.. You're WORTH IT !!
