I'm a big believer in the Fast Break goals.
They were instrumental for me. You can do anything for a week or two, right? Be aggressive in setting them and you'll quite possibly see a difference on the scale. If not, you'll FEEL a difference in the way you are living!
There really is nothing like achieving goals. I thought when people said that it was horsestuff.
