Hi my names Ashley, i am 24 years old and my family has always struggled with weight. When is stepped on the scale and it read 217, my heart sank. I have been up to 235, when i was younger. I dropped down to 170. It's time for me to shed this weight. My 67 year old grandma has inspired me to loose weight. She has bad health due to her weight. I don't want to get to that point. She has inspired my by loosing 30 pounds and if she can do it so can I!

I am going to be fabulous.
