Hi Cynthia,
Welcome to SP!
You will find lots of support here. Fellow members are wonderful supporters and motivators.
SP has all the tips and tools you need to help you reach your goals.
One of the best ways to stay accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams.
Start off trying to get 10 minutes of exercise per day and you can build from there.
Hopefully your Dr. will be able to shed some light on your fatigue.

Best of luck to you!

Hi, my name is Cynthia. I am on my second weight loss journey. A few years ago, after being overweight my whole life, I lost 90 pounds through exercise and healthy eating. Then when I got pregnant with my second child in 2009, I gained 50 pounds. Since then, I have not been taking care of myself very well. I am currently about 174, wanting/needing to lose in between 45-50 pounds. Being a single mother of two kids, ages 6 and 3, and working full time is exhausting. So making/finding the time to exercise is my biggest problem. I am so tired, all I feel like doing is laying around. But...I am so uphappy with the way I look. I cannot fit into any of my "skinny" clothes I once wore when I weighed 129 pounds. Plus, I am always so tired. I don't know if it is my schedule or my health ( I have a doctor's appointment in the next few days) that makes me exhausted all the time. I am sure being overweight is a factor. Not to mention my three year son is a nightowl and an early even on my days off I don't get to sleep in. All I know is that I have got to lose this weight. I am working on a week straight of eating healthy, low calorie meals. My goal was to run on my treadmill at least 30 minutes a day; I accomplished that goal from Sunday to Wednesday (April 14-16), but has slacked off since due to not feeling well. But my eating habits have been good, so that's a step in the right direction. If anyone wants to motivate each other, keep each other accountable, or just have some good conversation....add me as a friend.
