I take individual vitamins. I try to get as many as possible in my food. I talked to my Dr after having blood work done and we came up with a plan. I am 69 years young and I like to know just what kind of vitamin is best for me. I have hard time swallowing pills with water i use yogurt instead. That even gives me extra calcium,
I have to take vitamin D3 since I am diabetic. It is getting in to a lot of other supplements so I use my tracker and it tells me how much I have taken daily.
That is the best I can do I am afraid. I prefer to ask my Dr what to take.
