I combine this web site with WW's etools and have found I'm doing OK, loosing about 1/2 pound a week if I stick with it.
Also I have a FitBit, which is a fancy pedometer. I love that also, and it's a big motivation for me. We have a FITBIT team here at Spark and there is a private group on Facebook, which is really cool.
