I already posted one "Introduce Yourself" message, but I'm posting one more, too.
Today is my first SparkDay.
I set my digital camera on timer, snapped some "Before" photos of myself like they do on The Biggest Loser, and uploaded the pics to my SparkPage.
I'm using the photos as a way to motivate myself.
I'll be working on my goals one day at a time, but I'm looking forward from Day One to Day Done so I can upload some "After" photos!
