Like Stacy said, you are not alone! I struggle exercising, and I just love junk food. When I give in to my temptation, I feel worse afterward. When I eat healthy and exercise, I feel on top of the world. I know, easier said than done. It's not going to be easy. Think of how amazing you will feel when you reach your goal. I know you can do this. Take it one pound at a time ... baby steps .... progress, not perfection.
