you are in the right place. There are many ladies on this sight who started or are still in a wheel chair and are doing great things. I belong to team ~indygirl She has lost 250 and started in a wheel chair .. in the pull down tab of the community go to SparkTeams and do a search you will find others like you to offer support, encouragement and a kick you know where when you need it.
Set some small goals like drinking more water or less soda. Eat one more serving of veggies.. You don't have to do it all today or learn it all today.but sticking with it is what makes you successful.
