i am 25 year old. When i first subscribe here i was around 55kg now i am at 53kg but i need to loss weight to feel better in my clothes. My target is 48kg and i hope to be at 50kg for a wedding in april. I was at 51kg before christmas but since i did not have time to go to my kickk boxing courses i took 4kg.
Now i am really motivated to lose weight but i really need advice on food, sport exercices...
I apologize for my really bad english but i am french and english was not my favorite class in high school.o Oh i forget to tell that i am on third year of PhD so it's really hard to be carfull on food all the time and to be motivated to do sport everyday.
I hope to get answer and buddy really soon
