So, here I am... Day One as a Spark Person. I am excited to have a place that I can track my progress while I get points and trophies!! I've been consistently working out with a trainer for a year twice a week. I need to add in two to three additional days of cardio and I need some accountability with my food intake. If anyone has tips or tricks that help make the website work for you - specifically in food accountability and workout goals - Please share!!

) I have also been eating gluten free for a little over a year, so if you are newly diagnosed with celiac, or just making a dietary change to banish gluten from your diet - I can add you on as a gluten free Mentee!
