Hi everyone! I am not exactly a new member, but I'm starting anew this week. So I hope it's ok to post in this forum. I am looking for someone who'd be interested in being my weight loss "buddy"- someone who checks in daily, someone to share goals, successes, ups & downs, etc. I don't have anyone at home to do this with & I think it would be very helpful and motivating. I also recently bought the Beck Diet Solution book (don't know if anyone's familiar with that). It suggests a weight loss coach, and since I can't afford that, this is the closest I can get. :)
I am 36, married, SAHM of 5. I need to lose about 50 pounds. I try to get out and walk about 2 miles at least 4 times a week. I'm not on any particular diet, just trying to eat healthy & track my calories & such here on SP. If anyone has similar goals and wants to share their journey, please let me know!
