I started my journey Jan 2013. I kicked my 70 oz of pop a day, stopped eating out 5-8 times a week and hit the gym. With the help of my amamzing boyfriend who is getting his masters in personal training and has helped me come up with some healthy meals and also helps train me at the gym along with motivates me daily and tells me no matter what he will love me and has my back I have already lost 12.4 inches off by body and dropped 8 lbs.
I am learning that slow and steady is the way to go. I have started journaling everythign that crosses my lips and now look at sweets, figure the calories and decied walking a football field or buring 300 calories on an elliptical machine just to have a can of pop or a brownie isnt worth it!
I have found that I LOVE weight lifting and am doing my first transformation challenge at my local gym from April til June. That means I have to share pics of myself in a sports bra and shorts so my flab will hang and will also share what my measurements are. What motivates me to do this challenge and get over my embarassing photo is knowing that even if I dont win, I definately will NEVER look this way again! ITs motivation!
I wil gladly share any routines, struggles, recieipes, joys, anything to help someone who is wanting ot help themselves!
