Just found this website online today, thought I would give it a try! I just started the road to the new me a little over 2 months ago. I have seen SOME loss but seem to be stuck in a slump. Need new work out ideas to help tone/tighten my stomach and flabby arms! Any help is appreciated. Can't wait to see the bar move!
