Hi! I have been very active majority of my life, but in the last couple yrs have battled spinal and joint issues. Recently have been told by dr. to go on a gluten, soy, dairy and egg free diet. At least one of those ingredients appears in nearly everything I eat. I'm not over weight,54 yrs old,5'5, 126 lbs, but my joints feel less strain if I'm under 115, which is my goal. I can't do the workouts I used to do, but have been dancing and riding stationery bike 30-45 minutes every other day along w/ light (2lb) hand weights. I dry fruits and veggies for snacks I try to avoid salt, but love Cheezits! I have been searching internet for recipes as well as prepackaged foods that will meet the gluten, soy, dairy, and egg free diet the doctors suggest . As yet, one week into this I have yet to go a full day without one of the 'no-no's' My weakness seems to be at 2pm, I want crackers or chips and lots of them!! But I truly want to see if this will work and ease the pain as well as maybe save some bone loss. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
