Hi there, I'm new to this and want to do well. I have had a weight problem for the last 20 years. I guess have knee replacement surgery and been diagnosed with sleep apnxea I have tried many diets but failed I'm 62 and I need to finally get healthy again and lose around 50 pounds or more. I want to be here to see my grandchildren grow up. I need to learn to make healthy choices, and get back in to excercising again. The time is now. I'm ready to get with it.
