I Started Spark a week ago and have really like the website so far. Keeps me honest by tracking my food and exercise. I have had success in weight loss before but on Fad diets that as soon as you stop the weight comes back like atkins, Hoping this is more of a lifestyle change I can stick to for a long long time.
Any tips on keeping motivated are overcoming those dreaded Plateaus ?
