Hi, Glad you're back!! I hope you enjoy your time here & that it helps you in reaching all your goals!!

I know we have to do this for ourselves, but our kids are a big reason to strive for healhy too!

I sure wish I'd have had SP when mine were young. My sons are old enough now to make their own decisions but it hurts when I see them neglect their health, knowing I could have influenced them better.

Have fun on your journey to a healthier YOU!!!

I like your attitude! Since you've already tried SparkPeople, you're probably familiar with all the tools. Find the ones that work best for you and leave the others for now. Maybe you'll want to use them later. It sounds like you've got some great goals for yourself. Each step toward them is a step in the right direction! Take care and ask around if there's anything you need.

2nd time joining SparkPeople. I tried SparkPeople 2 years ago and I guess I just was not motivated enough :( This time around I am more then ready to learn and try new things! I want to teach my kids how to make healthy choices and the only way to do that is to do it myself. I am going to learn not only how to cook but how to cook healthy and although I want to be healthy, look good and feel good. My ultimate goal is to be a runner! Nothing professional, just one of those amazing ppl I see everyday driving my daughter to school :)
