tonight is usually my body flow night, (A yoga mix class), well I'm tucking out 15 miutes early and popping into Power 30 class. it's suppose to confuse your muscles. Me getting up and working out for the past 9 weeks hasn't already confused them enough her comes this. Wish me luck!

Doing this for me, so I can be there for them!
