I'm not sure this is the type of thing you are looking for but http://www.thepaleopath.com/ has a whole workout guide plus recipes - it is what I have used to start and have found it really helpful. I also use mapmyrun.com to judge my distances in running (love the site!)

Hello everyone....I just signed up and was wondering if there was a place I could find a "diet plan" I could follow for weight loss? I have been told there is a place but this site has SOOOO much going on I must be missing it! Can anyone give me any pointers!! Thanks Tara
