Welcome back... you can do this. Don't think of it as "going on a diet".What you are doing is changing to living a healthy lifestyle and that is what you need to do in order to maintain for a lifetime. Take it in small baby steps making changes that you feel comfortable incorporating in your life permanently. Get up and get moving and read motivating articles and stories in magazines and on line.
