Hi, Im Kathe and I'm pretty new to spark people. I began my weight loss journey on January 2 of this year. So far I have lost 20lbs and Im excited with the progress. I am limited to the exercising I can do because I have some back issues. Was wondering if anyone could suggest some exercises to help flatten my abdominal and stomach area. I've been walking everyday for at least 30 minutes and have recently added hand weights to try to help with that pesky bye bye arm =) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to tracking my progress here and getting to know people who are also taking this journey. Thanks everyone!
