I'm from Alabama and finally have a regular 9-5 job that will allow me to regularly go to the gym. I've been working out for about half a year but can't seem to make my weight go down more than 10 pounds. I've recently started HIIT workouts and bypassed my plateau (hopefully!) but really could use some motivation in case this doesn't continue to work. Also, any pointers on HIIT would be appreciated/strength training workout advice for a 23 yr old female. I just want to be a healthy size. (Currently weigh 168lbs). Happy workouts/healthy eating everyone!
