Hello Mary, nice to meet you!! It doesn't matter how you move as long as you do. I have knee problems, and when they don't want to work right, I have done the chair workout videos they have on Spark before. One of my favorites that I always recommend to people is the 11 Minute Cardio Chair Workout. That will get your blood pumping without straining your knees. And you can move more or less, according to what you are able to do.
