emoticon Hi, Mary! I started exercising because my knees were so bad that I could hardly walk. I started out with a slow 1/2 hr on the stationary bike at the Y and now work out for 60-90 minutes daily. For a while I was there for 3 hours/day! My knee pain is gone and I have lost 86#. My life has changed and yours can, too!

Hello Mary, nice to meet you!! It doesn't matter how you move as long as you do. I have knee problems, and when they don't want to work right, I have done the chair workout videos they have on Spark before. One of my favorites that I always recommend to people is the 11 Minute Cardio Chair Workout. That will get your blood pumping without straining your knees. And you can move more or less, according to what you are able to do.

Hello, I'd really like to hear from people who have done this program and can encourage me. As I lose I can encourage others. I have back and feet problems but am trying to walk at least some every other day. Hopefully, at some point, get rid of my walker.
