Hey everyone. My name is Kayla, and I am 18 years old. I have struggled with my weight all of my life, but I have now made the decision that I am going to change that. I won't let myself fail this time. I know its not something that changes over night. It shouldn't be anyways. I want to change my life style so that I can live healthy for the rest of my life. I am currently 203 pounds and I want to get down to at least 145. I created an account on here because it looks like here is where I can get my best motivation and possibly have someone to keep in touch with through this process. Anyways, wish me luck!
