Hello Everybody!
I am a 43 year old mother of 2. I am about 5'7" and weigh 158 lbs. I would like to lose at least 15 lbs, but, just as important, to keep it off. I have lost and regained the same 10-20 lbs what feels like hundreds of times in my life by doing fairly extreme diets, which always work, but, usually only until I get back from the vacation that motivated me to stay on them in the first place. I feel like I am either starving myself, or binging, and, I am just exhausted by it all. I want to learn to eat properly, and adopt it as a lifestyle, instead of just a quick (painful) fix.
I am pretty physically fit, and have been for most of my life, which has kept me from getting even heavier, but, the food issues just need to change.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!
