Hi Amy and welcome to Spark People. Exercise does not have to be boring. The key is to find something that you enjoy doing like dancing to your favoirte music, shadow boxing, swimming, taking a walk, etc. If it gets your body moving, then it counts, and if you enjoy it, you are more likely to keep doing it.
