As some others I've read about, I recently saw a picture of myself :O. My first thought was, "WHAT is that?!?" Then I realized I had to do something about my then-current motto, "I'd rather be fat and happy than starving and miserable." So I came here and started tracking my food...what a shock. I'd been eating over 1000 calories more than I needed each day! No wonder I was so happy! I don't like fruit or vegetables or exercise. I really really like TV, video games and junk food, and I think I actually LOVE chocolate. Am I doomed? Do I have to be miserable to lose weight? What to do, what to do. Anyone have ideas, suggestions, advice?
