Originally joined SparkPeople in August 2010 and had great success. Lost 25 lbs and moved to maintenance. As the weeks and months sped by I stopped coming to SparkPeople and slowly I fell into old habits. Got on my scale today and topped 160. I am not going back there, so here I am back to SparkPeople. I know I can do it again with the support and encouragement of other Sparkers and this time I am doing it for good!!!
