Hey everyone my name is Sarah and I am working on a new me! I am 34 years old and have a total of 4 kids. Two wonderful girls that are my step daughters but I love them as if they were really mine, one boy that I adopted at birth but again love him as if I had him myself, and one little girl that I had with my husband. These 4 kids keep me pretty busy after work. I am also a full time student through the University of Phoenix's online program. I have managed to find time in the evenings after work to get in a good workout which I started doing 3 weeks ago. So far I have noticed some slimming along my waist, but the area I really want to lose is my hips. I would love if anyone that has any good suggestions on exercises to target the hips and thighs area. I hate having wide hips cause it makes finding jeans harder. I know a lot of people would love to have a bigger butts abd hips, however I am not one of them. I am trying to lose at least 100lbs by the end of the year to get to where I need to be on a healthy BMI with some cushioning. I have never been that small, but I do have faith that I can get there with efforts. I am starting zumba this week too hopefully tonight if my dvds come in the mail today ( I have my fingers crossed) I am so excited about this cause it looks like so much fun and that should keep me motivated and doing my exercises.
