Hello everyone. Let's just start with the important stuff. I am 40 years old and my BMI was just measured at 40. I tip the scales at 268 lbs and I am not a line backer for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
I am a husband and father of two great kids. To whom I can no longer keep up with. Which is the man reason I am here. I can no longer say that I am overweight. If I am honest I am fat.
I joined this site years ago when a friend recommended it to me. Admittedly I find it a bit over whelming. But I read positive reviews about the community. So I thought I would give it another try.
My goal is to lose weight and reclaim activities like cycling, tennis, and hiking that I loved so much when I was younger. I want to do those things with my children.
Any how thanks for letting me ramble on and with your help and the help of the tools on this website hopefully a year from now my BMI is 25.
