Good afternoon! I just joined today, however I started my weight loss journey approximately 4 weeks ago at 206 pounds, I am now at 196 pounds. 206 has been my highest weight ever, I have never lost weight, I am THRILLED that I have lost 10 pounds so far!!
I began the 30 Day Shred workout video, I am still doing level 1 until I can complete the entire video. I enjoy the movements in the video and I find Jillian Michaels not too annoying to watch every day.
I have plantar fascitis in both feet and although my doctor doubts that this is from my weight, I am hoping having 50pounds less weight on my feet will make them feel better.
I am doing a "reward system" once I lost 10 pounds I treated myself to a pedicure, the first one I have ever had and loved it! My goal weight is 139 pounds. I am 5'3" and that is the highest weight limit for me to be considered "at a healthy weight". My main goal though is to feel great, look good, and be healthy.
I will take any advice, support, chatting as I am new to everything. I am trying new foods in smaller portions and I am a very picky eater so I would love help with that.
