Take a few minutes to make up a sparkpage making it public allowing members to post a message to you on it
Also take time to participate on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement when you do
You sound like you have quite a heavy schedule and are wondering re exercise. I would suggest finding even just 10 minutes and during that 10 minutes do some form of exercise - a good walk or up and down stairs would be good. I believe as does sparks that everyone can find 10 minutes - and you might find as time goes on you can find a could of 10 minutes during the day when you can exercise
