Hiya! Welcome to the spark. Snacking is something I'm way too familiar with so I actually have a list on my fridge of some healthy things to eat. That reminds me to eat healthy and not just pull a cupcake out of the cupboard.
Speaking of cupcakes, a 230 calorie blackbean cupcake (1T frosting) from trialsinfood.wordpress.com/2012/09/24/you-
makes a great snack; protein! Not so low on the calories though so here's some from my list:
--veggies and dip (mix thick yogurt with your favourite spices and let sit overnight for lower calories)
--1T of peanut butter on celery (100kcal)
--small can flavoured tuna (80kcal)
--Banana ice cream: freeze banana slices then blend until creamy. Eat like that or at 1T cocoa powder (80-130kcal)
--1/2 cup edamame (100kcal)
--kale chips: drench kale pieces in lemon juice, 1T oil, salt and onion or garlic powder. Bake 350 until crispy, checking regularly (two servings, 100kcal per cup)
--45 mini marshmallows (90kcal)
...I can go on!
