Hi everyone! Last yr I lost 30 lbs by myself with proper diet (used tons of yummy recipes from here) and exercise. However I gained 10 out of the 30 back since I got into a car accident in July and the holidays are finally over. Now I'm want to get back on track but don't have the drive nor motivation anymore. My friends are non existent and are always busy , which makes me want to go down that food path again. I workout 1-2 times a week at a gym, ither days i pkay just dance with my kids. So, my question is how do we get online support/friends from here? Thanks for reading this. :)
