Hello from Virginia...I'm Linda and new to SP...still navigating my way around the site.
I'm turning 50 end of Febuary, and with my new age bracket, I'm also dealing with the wonders
of peri-menapause and all it has to offer (HAHA) Needless to say, I need/want to lose some weight
but also get myself back into a work-out routine that works and helps me along this new path of
my journey! I'm looking foward to getting active and enjoying this new phase of my life!! :)
