Congratulations on choosing Spark People! IT WORKS! I want to re-iterate what was said about you making mistakes from time to time and recovering from that. For me, that's one of the two biggies. 1) DO NOT QUIT just because you ate too much one day, one week, etc. Get back in it! ASAP! 2) TRACK WHAT YOU EAT! TRACK IT!
