Hi and welcome!! The best way for you to find a buddy in your qrea is to search the sparkteams for a sparkteam in your home town and then after you join the team post what you are looking for ! Good luck on your journey

Hello I am trying to lose and I need a buddy possibly online or in person!!! really need the help and would appreciate it so far working out isnt working out lol but any help would be great feel free to leave a msg or anything!!!!!!!! I am new here and still learning the ropes
