Although I am new to this site, I am not new to weight loss. I have found over the years that when I am most successful at losing and maintaining a healthy weigh I need to track. Just by being aware and having guidelines I begin to get results. Already down 10 lbs and very excited. LOVE THIS SITE!! So glad it is free.
