Just want to say "Hey"! I signed up in December and did nothing however for the last 4 days I have been very faithful to the program. I am confident I will reach my goals and will enjoy getting there. Happy Thursday everyone!

Hey everyone, I'm new here and still learning my way around. I've been doing research for a few months trying to decide what was the best online tool for me and this one was it! I'm still learning how to eat healthy, stay motivated to exercise every day and learning to cook. It is tough but already worth it. Any advice?!
